WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 290 (2) To ameliorate conditions that breed delinquency, (3) To function as an advocate of youth needs. (b) (1) The [Administration] AGENCY shall adopt rules and (2) The rules and regulations shall require that each (i) Individual, family, and group counseling; (ii) Referral and information services; (iii) Crisis intervention, including (iv) Informal counseling; and (v) In accordance with particular community 1. Tutoring; 2. Alternative leisure activities; 3. Employment assistance; 4. Community education, including 5. Other specialized services. (c) The [Administration] AGENCY shall: (1) As to each youth services bureau receiving State (i) Monitor its operations; (ii) Evaluate annually its effectiveness; and (iii) Stop funding a youth services bureau that (2) Review and either approve or disapprove the - 1185 -
