(E) THE SECRETARY SHALL REPORT TO THE LEGISLATIVE POLICY
COMMITTEE BY DECEMBER 1ST OF EACH YEAR CONCERNING EACH PRIVATE
GROUP HOME AND ALTERNATIVE LIVING UNIT PROPOSED DURING THE
PRECEDING YEAR. THIS REPORT SHALL DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:

(1) WHETHER THE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT HAS
FACILITATED THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HOME; AND

(2) THE OVERALL SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF ESTABLISHING
THE HOME IN THE COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

of 3 4 years and, at the end of June 30, 1998 1991, and with no
further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall
be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning

Juvenile Services - Montrose School -
Citizen's Advisory Committee

FOR the purpose of creating a citizen's advisory committee for
the Montrose School appointed by the Governor with the
advice and consent of the Senate; establishing the
composition of the committee; establishing certain powers
and duties of the committee; and generally relating to the
Montrose School citizens advisory committee.
