Ch. 286 LAWS OF MARYLAND (D) THE GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT A CHILD CARE (1) PROVIDE INFORMATION TO COUNTIES CONCERNING CHILD (2) (3) ESTABLISH A

ASSESSMENT TO THE GOVERNOR NO LATER THAN
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall Approved May 14, 1987. CHAPTER 286 (House Bill 1099) AN ACT concerning Medicaid Eligibility Expansion - FOR the purpose of expanding the coverage of the Maryland Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) to include, subject to certain conditions, - all pregnant women and all children under a certain age, who fall below a certain poverty level; and generally "relating, to expanding the coverage of the Maryland - 1152 -
