SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That 5 full-time
alcoholic beverage inspector positions are abolished in Prince
George's County on July 1, 1987.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED That the 2 full-time
alcoholic beverage inspector positions that continue under this
Act are those of the Chief Inspector and Deputy Chief Inspector,
and these positions shall be filled by those persons serving in
those capacities on July 1, 1987.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That there shall be
29 part-time alcoholic beverage inspectors ready to serve in that
capacity on July 1, 1987 of which 14 shall be the part-time
inspectors who are serving in that capacity on July 1, 1987.

SECTION 2. 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Sheriff's Department
PG 310-87

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salaries of the chief
assistant sheriff and the assistant sheriffs; providing the
chief assistant sheriff and the assistant sheriffs with

certain clerical employees; providing the assistant sheriffs

with certain benefits; and generally relating to the

salaries of the Sheriff's Department of Prince George's
County.
