4. [1 in 1986] 2 IN 1990.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Collection of Costs from Weekend Prisoners

FOR the purpose of including in the definition of weekend
prisoner, as it relates to the authority of Harford County
to collect from prisoners costs for providing food, lodging,
and clothing, those prisoners who are confined for less than
48 hours.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,.
