Annotated Code of Maryland

(1980 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 18A(e), (f), and (g), respectively, of
Article 78B - Racing Commission of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be renumbered to be Section(s) 18A(f), (g), and (h),
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

Article 78B - Racing Commission

18A.

(E) THE COMMISSION, UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE,
MAY ALLOCATE UP TO 3 PERCENT OF THE MARYLAND-BRED RACE FUND TO A
RACE (OR RACES) WHICH IS ARE RESTRICTED TO HORSES CONCEIVED,
BUT NOT NECESSARILY FOALED, IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
