AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Foot Racing Events

FOR the purpose of providing that the Maryland Transportation
Authority, the State Highway Administration , or a local
authority may approve a foot racing event on a highway or
vehicular crossing a highway bridge under certain
circumstances; clarifying language; exempting participants
in a foot racing event from certain provisions of the
Maryland Vehicle Law under certain circumstances; and
generally relating to authorizing certain foot racing
events.
