(3) Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirements set under this section for
license renewal.

(a) A license expires on the [October 31 next succeeding 13
months after its effective date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD, unless
the license is renewed for [a 2-year] AN ADDITIONAL term as
provided in this section. A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A
TERM LONGER THAN 2 YEARS.

(a) Except as provided for a limited license in § 19-310 of
this subtitle, a license expires on the [May 31 after its
effective date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD, unless the license is
renewed for [a 1-year] AN ADDITIONAL term as provided in this
section. A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A TERM LONGER THAN 2
YEARS.

(c) Before the license expires, the licensee periodically
may renew it for an additional [1-year] 2-YEAR term, if the
licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$10] $20; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirement set under this section for
license renewal.

(c) The fee for issuance of each class of license listed in
subsection (b) of this section is:

(1)  Master well driller license.......[$50] $100;

(2)  Journeyman well driller license....[$20] $40;

(3)  Apprentice well driller license....[$ 5] $10; and

(4)  Restricted licenses................[$25] $50.
