(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$25] $50,
except that a physical therapist assistant shall pay a renewal
fee of [$10] $20; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
the other qualifications set under this title for license
renewal.

(a) [A] EXCEPT AS PROVIDED FOR A LIMITED LICENSE IN §
15-317 OF THIS SUBTITLE, A license expires on the [January 1
after its effective date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD, unless the
license is renewed for a [1-year] AN ADDITIONAL term as provided
in this section. A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A TERM LONGER
THAN 2 YEARS.

(c) Before the license expires, a licensee periodically may
renew it for an additional [1-year] 2-YEAR term, if the licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$25] $50; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirements set under this subtitle for
license renewal.

(a) A license expires on the [March 31 after its effective
date] DATE SET BY THE BOARD, unless it is renewed for [a 1-year]
AN ADDITIONAL term as provided in this section. A LICENSE MAY
NOT BE RENEWED FOR A TERM LONGER THAN 2 YEARS.

(c) Before the license expires, the licensee periodically
may renew it for an additional [1-year] 2-YEAR term, if the
licensee:

(1) Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2) Pays to the Board a renewal fee of [$25] $50; and
