AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Board of License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of clarifying that the Board of License
Commissioners for Cecil County shall issue all retail
alcoholic beverages licenses authorized by law;-—and
providing an exception for certain classes of alcoholic
beverages licenses; and providing for a delayed effective
date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

158.

(a) The several boards of license commissioners herewith
are authorized and empowered to issue the alcoholic beverages
licenses provided for by this article in their respective
jurisdictions.

(p) (1) In Cecil County, the board of license commissioners
SHALL ISSUE ALL RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSES AUTHORIZED
UNDER THIS ARTICLE, EXCEPT CLASS E, F, AND G LICENSES.
