AN ACT concerning

Executive Branch - Interagency Child
Care Licensing Council

FOR the purpose of creating an Interagency Child Care Licensing
Council; providing for the appointment of a chairperson by
the Governor for a certain term; providing for the
appointment of members of the Council; requiring certain
reports at certain times by the Council; requiring certain
annual public meetings by the Council; providing certain
duties and responsibilities of the Council; requiring
certain procedures; providing for an advisory workgroup,
appointed by the Governor, to assist the Council; providing
certain duties and responsibilities of the workgroup;
providing for the automatic termination of the Council and
the advisory workgroup by a certain date under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the establishment
of an Interagency Child Care Licensing Council and advisory
workgroup.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.

(1) "COUNCIL" MEANS THE INTERAGENCY CHILD CARE
LICENSING COUNCIL.
