COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

George's County, Maryland through, among other things, the sale
of the site on which the Parking Facility will be located to the
Parking Authority of Prince George's County (the "Authority"),
the lease of the Parking Facility and such site from the
Authority and the entering into an agreement with the Authority
for the operation of the Parking Facility; making certain
findings concerning such transactions; providing for the
execution of and approving a Deed and Sale Agreement between the
County and the Authority pursuant to which the County will sell
the site on which the Parking Facility will be constructed to the
Authority; providing for the execution of and approving a Lease
Agreement between the County and the Authority pursuant to which
the Parking Facility and the site on which the Parking Facility
will be constructed shall be leased to the County and the County
will defray the Authority's costs of acquiring and constructing
the Parking Facility through the making of rental payments during
the initial term of such Lease Agreement; providing for the
execution of and approving a Construction and Parking Facility
Management Agreement between the County and the Authority
pursuant to which provision will be made for the construction,
operation and maintenance of the Parking Facility; and generally
providing for and determining various matters in connection with
the participation of the County in the acquisition, development,
leasing and operation of the Parking Facility and the execution
and delivery of such documents.
