authorizing operating expenses and capital projects of the
Authority, specifying certain requirements with respect to
employment of personnel and procurement of materials, supplies,
and services for the Authority, prescribing certain requirements
regarding conveyances between the County and the Authority,
modifying certain terms and conditions regarding the issuance of
revenue bonds by the Authority, specifying certain contracts and
transactions which the Authority and the County may undertake,
requiring that the Authority submit certain annual reports to the
County, providing for indemnification and insurance protection
for the Authority, approving the Prince George's County Justice
Center Parking Facility as a capital project of the Authority and
determining certain other matters relating to the Authority.
