Contracts for Sale of Real Property

FOR the purpose of requiring wording in sales contracts
concerning (1) any prospective condemnation of the property and
(2) the availability of land use plans for inspection by the
purchaser, and limiting the jurisdiction of the Consumer
Protection Commission relating to violations of this requirement.
