AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Inter-fund Cash Borrowing

FOR the purpose of amending the County Code to permit
interfund cash borrowing from available bond proceeds or from the
General Fund to meet temporary cash requirements for funding of
capital projects in any phase of design or construction and
providing for the repayment of such borrowing.
