AN EMERGENCY ACT:

(1)  to give the Department of Health DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION authority to make inspections
of private swimming pools;

(2)  to require persons who construct private swimming pools
to schedule final inspections on their building
permits; and

(3)  to make stylistic changes.

Chapter 51, Swimming Pools

Sections 51-6 of the Montgomery County Code

By renumbering:

Chapter 51, Swimming Pools

Section 51-14 to be Section 51-17 of the Montgomery County
Code

Effective Date May 3, 1985.

system BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1986 AND WHO DO NOT OPT INTO
THE DISABILITY BENEFITS PROGRAM;

2.  to repeal the provisions establishing the Disability
