AN ACT authorizing the construction and improvement of an
off-street parking lot or facility for the parking of automobiles
and other vehicles known as Silver Spring Parking Lot No. 58,
Colesville Road and East West Highway, Project No. 853195, within
the Silver Spring Parking Lot District.

Effective Date March 1, 1985.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to provide for the sale or lease of
property or a portion of property acquired with parking lot
district funds; to provide for reimbursement to the affected
district of the fair market value of the property disposed of or
used for purposes inconsistent with off-street parking; to
provide for regulations to implement those provisions; to repeal
an obsolete provision; to make a correction; AND TO INCLUDE THE
LEGISLATIVE INTENT OF THE BILL.
