AN EMERGENCY ACT to provide for consideration of water
quality impacts on streams and water quality features in storm
water management designs; to add requirements of the Maryland
Storm Water Management Act; to authorize the Director of the
Department of Environmental Protection to approve storm water
management plans and waiver; and to provide that the Director is
responsible for implementing the Storm Water Management
provisions of the Code.
