Laws of Montgomery County, 1985

AN ACT authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding $300,000
upon its full faith and credit for financing public junior or
community college buildings, buildings for public junior or
community college purposes or sites therefor, and prescribing the
terms and conditions, by reference, upon which said bonds shall
be issued and delivered and other incidental details with respect
thereto, and providing for the application of the proceeds of
such bonds and for the levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes for the
payment of the principal and interest thereof.

Effective Date November 27, 1984.

Chapter 24

Laws of Montgomery County, 1985

AN ACT authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding $405,000
upon its full faith and credit for the construction of fire
engine houses within the Consolidated Fire Tax District as the
boundaries are defined by Chapter 21 of the Montgomery County
Code 1972, as amended, prescribing the terms and conditions, by
reference, upon which said bonds shall be issued and delivered
and other incidental details with respect thereto; providing for
the levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes for the payment of the
principal and interest thereof, and providing that the principal
and interest shall be paid primarily from the proceeds of the
district tax levied under the provisions of the said Chapter 21.
