AN ACT to add new Section 14-26.1, heading, Stun Guns;
definition of, and Section 14-26.2, heading, Stun Guns;
Prohibition Against Sale or Discharge, to Article IV, heading,
Weapons, of Chapter 14, heading, Morals and Conduct, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to prohibit the sale, transfer,
possession, or discharge of stun guns with certain exceptions
within Harford County.

Effective Date September 9, 1985.

AN ACT to establish a new assessment basis and annual
assessment of Woodsdale Road Sewer Project No. 6254 in accordance
with the requirements of the laws of Harford County, Maryland,
and to repeal County Council Bill Number 79-53; to provide for a
reduction in the front foot benefit assessment.

Effective Date September 9, 1985.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 13-21, (c), (1), heading, Licenses of Operators;
Pawnbroker, of Article II, Schedule of Fees, of Chapter 13,
heading, Licenses and Permits, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for a reduction in Pawnbroker license fee
charged by Harford County.

Effective Date October 7, 1985.

AN ACT to increase the compensation of the County Executive,
to become effective immediately upon the next succeeding term of
the Office of the County Executive.

Effective Date September 16, 1985.

AN ACT to increase the compensation of the President of the
County Council and other Council Members, to become effective
immediately upon the next succeeding County Council taking
office.

Effective Date October 7, 1985.
