AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 25-6.2, heading, Table 1. Principal Permitted Uses for
Specific Zoning Districts/Institutional, of Article II, heading,
Zoning Code, of Chapter 25, heading, Zoning, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for prisons as a permitted
use in the ORI District.

Effective Date May 9, 1985.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend the Harford County Pay Plan and
Classification Plan and Salary Grade Schedule, Ordinance No. 33;
to provide for lump sum compensation for County employees in
accordance with Section 603 of the Harford County Charter.

Effective Date May 16, 198.5.

AN ACT to add new Section 25-51.19, heading, Historic Land
List, to Article III, heading, Historic Districts, to Chapter 25,
heading, Zoning, all part of the Harford County Code, as amended;
to provide for a designation and listing of historic properties
in Harford County, Maryland.

Effective Date July 15, 1985.

AN ACT to add new Subsection (10) to Section 16-50, heading,
Conflicts of Interest, and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, Section 16-52(c), heading, Lobbying Disclosure, of
Article II, heading, Code of Ethics, of Chapter 16, heading,
Personnel, all part of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide employment restrictions on former employees with
provisions for exemptions; and to provide for detailed annual
reports from lobbyists.

Effective Date August 19, 1985.
