AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections
6-72, 6-73, and 6-74, of Article X, heading, Taxicabs, of Chapter
6, heading, Businesses, of the Harford County Code, as amended;
to provide for the inspection of taxicabs; to authorize the
enforcement of said section; to provide for taxicab
identification; to provide for listing of current rates charged
by taxicab owners; and to generally provide for the regulation of
taxicabs in Harford County.

Effective Date July 8, 1985.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 6-3,
heading, Fee, License, of Article 1, heading, Solicitors, all
part of Chapter 6, heading, Businesses, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide that fees charged shall be as
established by Chapter 13 of the Harford County Code, as amended.

AN ACT to add new definitions to Section 25-2.4, heading,
Definitions and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
25-6.4, heading, Special Overlay Districts, all part of Article
2, heading, Zoning Code, of Chapter 25, heading, zoning, all part
of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for certain
new zoning definitions; to provide that County law be consistent
with State Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas laws and regulations;
and to provide more effective protection of water quality and
sensitive natural features in Harford County; and generally
relating to the protection of Natural Resources in Harford
County.

Effective Date July 8, 1985.
