Planning Board Reports

FOR the purpose of requiring AUTHORIZING the Baltimore County
Council to act upon certain reports of the Planning Board
within a certain period of time; authorizing the Council to
take certain legislative action upon such reports in certain
cases; and prohibiting certain other actions on Planning
Board reports concerning amendments to the Baltimore County
Zoning Regulations.

Revenue Fund; providing for the credit to the fund of
certain fees

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A LOCAL OPEN SPACE REVENUE
ACCOUNT WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; PROVIDING FOR
THE CREDIT TO THE ACCOUNT OF CERTAIN FEES collected by the
County; and providing for the manner and purpose of
appropriations from the fund ACCOUNT.
