of access, and other necessary facilities (collectively, the
"Facility"), in order to (1) provide that the Bond and other
financing documents approved and authorized pursuant to
Resolution No. 89-82 be amended to change the principal payment
provisions on the Bond and the dates upon which the Bondholder
may call the Bond; (2) authorize the execution and delivery on
behalf of the County of amendments to the Bond and other
financing documents; (3) generally provide for and determine
various matters and details in connection with the consummation
of the transactions contemplated by this Resolution; and (4)
provide that the findings and determinations made in Resolution
No. 89-82 are hereby confirmed with respect to the amendments
authorized by this Resolution.
