TO AMEND THE

CHARTER OF

MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF FUNKSTOWN

A RESOLUTION OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF FUNKSTOWN, a municipal
corporation under Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1981 Replacement Volume, 1984 Cumulative Supplement), to amend
Section 14-28 of the Code of the Public Local Laws of Washington
County (1970 Edition), being Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, Section 14-28 being a part of the Charter
of Mayor and Council of Funkstown, to provide that the title to
the water system of the Town shall vest in Mayor and Council of
Funkstown.

[Section 14-28 of the Charter of the Town of Funkstown,
Washington County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date July 2, 1985]
