MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957) Edition, as amended) to amend
the Charter of the said town, said charter being Subtitle 17 of
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963
Edition, as amended), which article contains in whole or in part
the Charter of the Town of Cottage City, by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments Section 26 of said Charter.

[Section 26 of the Charter of the Town of Cottage City,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

AMEND THE CHARTER

OF THE
CITY OF CRISFIELD

Resolution of the Council of Crisfield to Amend the Charter
of the City, the same being Part I of the Code of the City of
Crisfield pursuant to Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland.

BE IT RESOLVED that Section C6-22, "Purchasing; contracts",
of the Code of the city is hereby amended in the entirety.

[Section C6-22 of the Charter of the City of Crisfield,
Somerset County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

An Ordinance Annexing Two Areas to the City and Providing
for Zoning of said Property.

Whereas, the City of Crisfield has received Petitions for
the annexation of certain property to the City consisting of: (A)
the balance of the property on Landon's Point owned by Robert J.
