A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CHEVERLY,
MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of
the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to
amend the Charter of the said town, said charter being a part of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as
amended), which contains in whole or in part the Charter of the
Town of Cheverly, by repealing and re-enacting with amendments
Section C-18 of said Charter.

[Section C-18 of the Charter of the Town of Cheverly, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters .of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date April 4, 1986]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION 86-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF CHEVERLY,
MARYLAND adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the
