CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 108-85-2
RESOLUTION of the Commissioners of Cambridge, Maryland,
adopted pursuant to the authority of Art. 11 E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, 1957, Ed., as amended, entitled "Corporations -
Municipal" to amend the Charter of the Commissioners of Cambridge
by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Section 3-3,
entitled "Boundaries of Wards" of Chapter 3 of the Public Local
Laws of Dorchester County, 1974 Ed., to reflect changes in the
ward lines constituting the five (5) wards of the City of
Cambridge.

Dorchester County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 804 SUB-PARAGRAPH 4 OF THE
CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE TO ALLOW THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
CENTREVILLE TO REQUIRE AND ORDER THE OWNERS OF ANY PROPERTY WITHIN
THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE TO PERFORM A SIDEWALK PROJECT AUTHORIZED
IN SECTION 804
[Section 804(4) of the Charter of the Town of Centreville,
Queen Anne's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.
Effective Date February 7, 1986.
