the Transportation Trust Fund,

further provided that this

appropriation made for the

purpose of a local ride-on bus
subsidy for Prince George's
County may not be expended unless

the____Prince George's County

government certifies that a
ride-on bus system will be in
place during fiscal year 1987 and
this expenditure is approved by
the Budget Committees. Unless the

department receives such

certification and notifies the
Budget Committees by July 1,
1986, these funds shall revert to
the Transportation Trust Fund....
