HARRY HUGHES, Governor 3653 Senate Bill No. 288 AN ACT concerning Vehicle Laws - Parking Privileges for Disabled Persons - Reciprocity FOR the purpose of requiring a person who displays a disabled BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Transportation Section l-101(a) and (c) Annotated Code of Maryland (1977 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Transportation Section 11-161, 13-616(f), and 13-616.1(a) Annotated Code of Maryland (1984 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Transportation Section 13-616.1(f) Annotated Code of Maryland (1984 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Transportation 1-101. (a) In this article the following words have the meanings (c) "Any state" means: (1) Any state, possession, or territory of the United States; (2) The District of Columbia; and (3) The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
