(E) IF A COMPOSTING FACILITY IS CLOSED FOR FAILURE TO MEET
ANY STANDARDS ADOPTED BY THE WSSC UNDER THIS SECTION, THE
MONTGOMERY COUNTY GOVERNMENT SHALL SELECT AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD
OR LOCATION FOR THE DISPOSITION OF SLUDGE LOCATED AT THE CLOSED
FACILITY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Right-of-Way Acquisition

FOR the purpose of including Carroll County in with those
counties authorized to record real property deeds without
having the County Comptroller issue tax payment certificates
if the Comptroller certifies that the conveyance does not
impair collection of taxes; and generally relating to
payment of taxes prior to transfer on assessment books or
records in Carroll County.
