Ch. 851

(II) THE VEHICLE IS OF A CLASS DESCRIBED IN
PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION.

13-619.

(a) If an THE owner of a motor vehicle, OR A LESSEE OF A
THE VEHICLE UNDER A LEASE NOT INTENDED AS SECURITY, OR A
DIRECTOR, OFFICER, EMPLOYEE, OR PARTNER OF A BUSINESS ENTITY THAT
OWNS THE VEHICLE WHO is a member of an organization considered
eligible by the Administration, the owner may apply to the
Administration for the assignment of a special registration
number if the vehicle is included in one of the following
classes:

(1)  A Class A (passenger) vehicle;

(2)  A Class E (truck) vehicle with a 3/4 ton or less
manufacturer's rated capacity; or

(3)  A Class M (multipurpose) vehicle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

CHAPTER 851

(House Bill 1)

AN ACT concerning

Obscene Matter - Recorded Telephone Messages

FOR the purpose   of prohibiting a person from selling, advertising

for sale,     or distributing certain recorded telephone
messages to an individual who is under the age of 18 years;

providing     that the provision of certain services or

facilities   by a telephone company is not a violation of this

Act; and     providing for a penalty for a violation of this
Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

Section 419
