(2) The declaration may include additional provisions
on this or other subjects that are not inconsistent with other
provisions of this subtitle. If any additional provisions are
declared invalid, the invalidity does not affect the validity of
the declaration or of other provisions which can be given effect
without the invalid provision, and to this end the provisions in
the declaration are severable.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

be construed only prospectively and may not be applied or

interpreted to have any effect upon or application to any

declaration that has been executed prior to the effective date of
this Act.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1986.
