SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 22 - Washington County

[2-115.

The Treasurer or Collector is entitled to receive
commissions allowed in Sales in Equity on the amount of all sales
made by him in pursuance of the provisions of section 2-105
2-122. If before a sale but after advertisement, the taxes,
interest and expenses chargeable to any property are paid, then
the Treasurer or Collector shall receive a commission of 1
percent on the amount of the taxes and interest as a part of the
cost of collection.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
