2978 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 780 (A) TERM OF LICENSE. UNLESS A LICENSE IS RENEWED FOR A 2-YEAR TERM AS PROVIDED IN (1) AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE LICENSE; AND (2) IN AN EVEN-NUMBERED YEAR. (B) RENEWAL NOTICE. AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE BOARD SHALL (1). THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE EXPIRES; (2) THE DATE BY WHICH THE BOARD MUST RECEIVE THE (3) THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (C) APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL. BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY MAY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED; (2) PAYS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL FEE NOT EXCEEDING (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD: (I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE (II) SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH (D) ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL. THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF EACH LICENSEE WHO MEETS 2-312. CONTINUING EDUCATION. (A) IN GENERAL.
