AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Board of License Commissioners
MC 613-86

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of each member of the

Montgomery County board of license commissioners; and

providing that this Act does not apply to incumbent board
members.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 155(p)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

155.

(p) In Montgomery County, each member of the board of
license commissioners shall receive [three thousand dollars
($3,000.00)] $6,000 per annum.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to
Article III, § 35, of the Constitution of Maryland, this Act may
not be construed to extend or apply to the salary or compensation
of the Montgomery County board of license commissioners in office
on the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act
concerning the salary or compensation of the Montgomery County
board of license commissioners shall take effect at the beginning
of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
