SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all job
descriptions approved by the State Board of Medical Examiners
prior to the effective date of this Act shall remain in effect as
if approved under this Act, and that all job description
applications pending before the State Board of Medical Examiners
or job description applications which have been disapproved or
modified prior to the effective date of this Act may be
resubmitted under this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.
