Attorney's office including, but not limited to, rent, clerical
and secretarial expenses, upon vouchers submitted by the State's
Attorney.

(3) The State's Attorney may from time to time, if
deemed wise or necessary, with the approval of the judge of the
Circuit Court of Dorchester County, appoint and fix the
compensation of assistant State's attorneys who shall present
such cases to the Dorchester County grand jury and perform such
other acts and duties in relation to the grand jury, Circuit and
District Court sitting in Dorchester County, as deemed necessary.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to
Article III, § 35, of the Constitution of Maryland, this Act may
not be construed to extend or apply to the salary or compensation
of the State's Attorney for Dorchester County, or the State's
Attorney for Caroline County, in office on the effective date of
this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary
or compensation of the State's Attorney for Dorchester County and
the State's Attorney for Caroline County shall take effect at the
beginning of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Dorchester County - County Treasurer

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the County Treasurer of
Dorchester County; and providing that this Act does not
affect the salary of the incumbent County Treasurer.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 25 - County Commissioners

Section 51(1)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
