(a)  In the subdivisions enumerated below the hours during
which alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses are from 6:00
a.m. to midnight, on every day except Sundays and election days:

(1)  Garrett County

(2)  Talbot County.

(b)  In the subdivisions enumerated below the hours during
which alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses are from 6:00
a.m. to midnight, on every day except Sundays:

(1)  Allegany County;

(2)  Anne Arundel County;

(3)  Baltimore City;

(4)  Baltimore County;

(5)  Calvert County;

(6)  Caroline County;

(7)  Carroll County;

(8)  Cecil County;

(9)  Charles County;

(10)  Dorchester County;

(11)  Frederick County;

(12)  Harford County;

(13)  Howard County;

(14)  Kent County;

(15)  Prince George's County;

(16)  Queen Anne's County;

(17)  St. Mary's County;

(18)  Somerset County;

(19)  Washington County;

(20)  Wicomico County; and

(21)  Worcester County.
