SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions of
this Act shall be applicable, beginning in taxable year 1987-1988
and for each taxable year thereafter.

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages - Sunday Beer Delivery

FOR the purpose of providing statewide a broader effect to a law
that permits a holder of a special 1-day alcoholic beverages
license to agree to have a licensed wholesaler deliver beer
on Sunday, provide for the dispensing of it, and accept
returns; excepting Carroll County from the provisions of
this Act; generally relating to giving statewide broader
effect to the delivery and dispensing of beer to certain
license holders on Sunday; and clarifying certain exceptions
to this Act.
