AN ACT concerning

Nutritionists - Licensing

FOR the purpose of changing the name of the State Board of
Dietetic Practice to the State Board of Dietetic and
Nutrition Practice; altering the composition of the Beard
State Board of Dietetic Practice, the appointment, terms,
and qualifications for board members; requiring a certain
license to practice nutrition in the State; requiring
certain qualifications and examinations for applicants for
certain licenses; exempting licensed nutritionists from
certain health insurance reimbursement provisions under
certain conditions; defining terms; and generally relating
to the licensure of nutritionists.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 354Z(b), 370U(b), and 477AA(b)
