SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 74 - Pilots

17.

The provisions of this article creating the Board of
Examiners of Maryland Pilots and relating to the regulation of
pilots and any regulations promulgated under this article
relating to the Board of Examiners of Maryland Pilots are of no
effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1986] 1993.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Board of Electrical Examiners

FOR the purpose of eliminating references in the Code of Public
Local Laws of St. Mary's County to the retention and use of
fees collected by the Board of Electrical Examiners; and
generally relating to the Board of Electrical Examiners of
St. Mary's County.
