the premises. As to any such license issued prior to July 1,
1984, beer and wine may be sold for consumption on and off sale
pursuant to § 14(g).

(3) This license may be issued in Harford County to
an applicant for a restaurant which meets the following
requirements and conditions: (i) serves full-course meals at
least twice daily; (ii) has a regular seating capacity of tables,
not including seats at bars or counters for 60 or more persons;
(iii) has been in full-time operation as a restaurant for not
less than 6 months immediately preceding the time the application
is made for the license. However the 6-month time period
requirement does not apply to a licensee whose business has been
disrupted or interrupted as a result of fire or other disaster;
AND (iv) has had daily average receipts from the sale of food in
excess of sales of alcoholic beverages during the 6-month period
immediately preceding the application for license.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects punctuation and adds the
conjunctive "and" to two lists of conditions for the
issuance of liquor licenses in Article 2B, § 19(n)(2)
and (3).

The error in punctuation, a comma rather than a
semicolon in a series following a colon, and the
omission of the conjunctions occurred in Ch. 886 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1976.

The errors and the omission were noted by the Michie
Company.

(s) In Prince George's County,

other provisions pertaining to beer, wine and liquor licenses
Class B, in force and effect in Prince George's County, except
that any restrictions against the sale of alcoholic beverages on
Sunday appearing in § 103 and elsewhere in this article do not
apply; and any alcoholic beverages may not be sold, served or
consumed on the licensed premises on Sunday after two o'clock
a.m. and before twelve o'clock noon.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of the verb
"are" in Article 2B, § 19(s)(3)(iv).

The omission occurred in Ch. 343 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1979.

The omission was noted by the Michie Company.

(8) (i) Notwithstanding the provisions of [§
53(e)(2)] § 53(E)(1) of this article, in Prince George's County,
the board of license commissioners may approve the issuance of a
Class B/ECF, beer, wine and liquor license, to be known as an
"educational conference facility" license, to the University of
