SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 7-101 through 7-1001, inclusive, and
the title "Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities
Law", 10-813, and 15-201 through 15-204, inclusive, and the
subtitle "Subtitle 2. Family Support Services Program" of Article
- Health - General of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
