HARRY HUGHES, Governor 2173 5-307. (A) THERE IS A SPECIAL FUND KNOWN AS THE WOODLAND (B) THE WOODLAND INCENTIVES FUND SHALL CONSIST OF: (1) AS PROVIDED IN § 13-306 OF THE TAX - PROPERTY (2) REVENUES COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT FROM THE (C) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL USE THE WOODLAND INCENTIVES FUND?
