2084 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 590 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Transportation 16-402. (a) After the conviction of an individual for a violation of Article 27, § 388 or § 388A of the Code, or of the vehicle laws or regulations of this State or of any local authority, points shall be assessed against the individual as follows:

(a) Except as permitted by the rules and regulations of the FEDERAL LAW, a person may not transport OR KNOWINGLY CAUSE TO BE MATERIALS across or through any vehicular crossing or highway within the jurisdiction of the Maryland Transportation Authority: (1) Combustible liquids; + (2) Compressed gases; (3) Corrosive liquids; (4) Explosives; (5) Flammable liquids; (6) Flammable solids; (7) Oxidizing materials; (8) Poisonous articles; or (9) Radioactive materials. (B) THE PROVISIONS OF § 22-409 OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL APPLY [(b)] (C) To secure and preserve life and property, the 26-202.
