2064 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 583 Annotated Code of Maryland Preamble The General Assembly intends this Act to delay the implementation date under which certain employers in the State must comply with provisions of the hazardous and toxic chemical law concerning access to information for their workers; now, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Chapter 364 of the Acts of 1984 SECTION 4.
