SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Hazardous and Toxic Chemicals - Access to Information

FOR the purpose of altering the date on which employers shall

comply with the provisions of the State law concerning
access to information on hazardous and toxic chemicals;

providing for the compilation, availability, and

distribution of certain information under the State law
concerning access to information on hazardous and toxic
chemicals on a certain date; providing that certain

employers comply with certain federal standards requirements
by a specified date; altering certain cross-references; and

making this Act an emergency measure.
