AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Board of License Commissioners

PG 315-86

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Prince George's County board

of license commissioners to regulate its licensure

procedure, adopt a calendar, and issue and distribute
licenses providing the Prince George's County board of
license commissioners with certain hearing procedures for
the issuance of licenses; authorizing the board to adopt a
calendar for certain purposes; requiring the board to
determine the number of licenses of each class that may be
applied for at a hearing; requiring the board to post a
hearing notification within a certain period of time before
the hearing; requiring the board to determine the applicants
that are best qualified to be licensees; limiting the
granting of licenses after a hearing to a certain
predetermined number; and generally relating to establishing
a license procedure for the Prince George's County board of
license commissioners.
