AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission -
Montgomery County - County Executive Authority - Master Plans

FOR

the purpose of specifying certain procedures for the
development or amendment of a master plan by the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
(MNCPPC); requiring the Commission to coordinate with the
County Executive of Montgomery County in the preparation of
the plan or amendment; providing that the County Executive
shall have certain responsibilities regarding the master
plan which include reviewing modifying the plan or amendment
and making suggestions for the revision of the plan or
amendment; setting forth a time frame for the approval or
disapproval of the plan or amendment by the district council
and the County Executive; and generally relating to
procedures for the adoption of master plans in Montgomery
County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
